Country Christian Crusade

Country Christian Crusade sponsored by Master Works of Portales and was held in Portales! We worked with Desert Reign Country Gospel Band! They were really good. You know us bluegrassers, the first time we heard them we were pretty closed minded because they "plugged" the instruments in, but by the time they left our minds were changed and we were changed! Those folks are just really nice and good people. Can't get the picture up right now will try later!

Festival News

We got snowed in and didn't get to go to Sayre. We didn't get very much here but the wind blew about 50mph. Amarillo closed the interstate so we couldn't get in or out of Amarillo so we just stayed home! This was on Friday, then Sayre got the snow Saturday. So glad the folks that were there were there! Next March will be better!

Landon!

Here is a little better picture of Landon after the wisdom teeth extraction.

Landon!

Here is Landon when we got him home from getting his wisdom teeth out. Just as our banjo player gets wisdom we had to pull it all out! Just kidding Landon. Those are ice packs and towels on his head not bandages, and he is fine now.

Levi's new calf

This is Levi's cow's new baby. Cute Huh!! The cows name is Skunk, so I think the calf should be "Smell" or "Stink" or something like that!

If you want to see a great southern gospel group check out the Legacy Five! This is their tenor singer and they were good!!!

Tucumcari

This is the Eastern New Mexico Old Time Bluegrass Association. They played at the concert before we played. They did a great job playing and putting on the concert as well! We thank them and hope all of you will go to their festival over Memorial Day Weekend!
